Unwanted Gifts

Unwanted gifts are accepted for a refund or exchange if returned in their original condition (unused and in the original packaging). Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that the refund for unwanted gifts excludes the cost of Couriered VIP Delivery within Sydney CBD.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Gifts

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective gifts are accepted for a refund or replacement if returned in their original condition (unused and in the original packaging). We reserve the right to determine if a gift is damaged or defective prior to replacement. We will organise a replacement when the unused defective product is returned to us. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that we will also refund you the return costs for Incorrect, Damaged or Defective goods if you enclose the receipt for postage.

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to us, however, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds on personal care and cosmetics items.

The gift received, an item is missing

For photographic purposes, some products have been featured with additional lifestyle props. Unless an item is listed in the web description, it is not included in the gift. All gifts and additional items are fairly described in the content area of the product order screen.

Returns Instructions

Firstly, please email to us at returns@luxurygiftsonline.com.au within 48 hours of delivery to let us know that you want to return a gift. In your email to us, please indicate the reason for the return (unwanted gift, damage, defect, incorrect product etc.) and also whether you want a refund or replacement. You may also advise of your preferred contact number.

Then, we discuss with you, either via email or by phone, the best way to return the gift.  We generally recommend you return gifts via Registered Australia Post and keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, you will be deemed not to have returned the item.

Refunds will be processed and replacement products will be dispatched only after receipt of the original product.
