How to Order

At Luxurygiftsonline ordering is easy.  Simply follow the online ordering instructions outlined below and we will get started on your order. If you have any questions, please email us on info@luxurygiftsonline.com.au and we will be happy to assist you.

Online Ordering

  1. Select the item(s) you require by browsing our gift categories and click the "Add to Basket" button.
  2. Continue to add products to your shopping basket until you have everything you need. To give you a full control over your purchases, you will see the contents of your shopping basket displayed on the left side of the page, at all times. 
  3. Once you have completed shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your  shopping basket.
  4. If you are already a registered Luxury Gifts Club Member, enter your email address and password to login. If you are not a registered Luxury Gifts Club Member, please register your details.
  5. Confirm your delivery address and enter your payment details.
  6. Your order has been completed. You will immediately receive an order confirmation email and a further email once your order has been dispatched.

If an item you order is not in stock

We appreciate your understanding that it is not always possible to have all products in stock. Wherever possible, we flag out of stock items in our online catalogue, however, occasionally, even listed products may be out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you to seek your instructions - cancel and refund, wait for the product to come back into stock or provide an alternative product.

If you require to get a product that is not listed on our Website

If you require to get a product that is not listed on our Website but is available on our suppliers’ websites, we are happy to source such a product for you. Please email us at info@luxurygiftsonline.com.au and let us know what you are looking for.
